We keep this simple. We only collect what we need to reply to you and do your work, and we never sell your details.

Who we are

Online Krew is a small team led by Karim Rougui, known as K. We offer social media, copywriting, email marketing, video editing and website services to businesses worldwide. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Online Krew.

What we collect

When you send us a message through our contact form, we collect:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your type of business and the service you need
  • Your website or social media link, if you share it
  • Anything else you write in your message
  • Whether you asked for a call

If you become a client, we also keep the details we need to do your work, like your brand files, logins you choose to share, and our messages with you.

How we use it

  • To reply to your message within 24 hours
  • To plan, price and deliver the work you ask for
  • To send you updates about your project

We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to. We never sell or rent your details to anyone.

Who can see it

Only K and the small team members who help on your project. We use a website host, which also receives the messages you send through our contact form. We also use a few other trusted tools for our work, like email. These services may store data on servers in other countries, including the United States. They only handle your details so we can reply to you and do your work.

Cookies

Our site does not use cookies to track you or show you ads. If we ever add a tool that does, we will update this page first.

How long we keep it

We keep messages from people who don't become clients for up to 12 months, then delete them. We keep client records for as long as we work together, plus the time we need for invoices and taxes.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Show you the details we hold about you
  • Fix anything that is wrong
  • Delete your details

Just send us a message through the contact page. We reply within 24 hours.

Keeping it safe

We use secure tools with passwords and limit who can see your details. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
